Music on the website of your company, association or public service can help create the perfect brand identity. This will allow you to differentiate yourself from your competitors and appeal to your target audience.

You do need the permission of the authors, composers and producers of the music.

You can apply for a licence for use of this music under certain conditions via MyUnisono:

The music is limited to a duration of 15 minutes;
It is offered on the website in a non-downloadable format;
You don't use a web radio application;
The music file does not contain any advertising, promotional or animated spots (flash, video, etc.)

In this way, you are completely fine. Moreover, you are contributing to a sustainable music landscape in which the creative forces behind your favourite music receive fair compensation for the use of their work.

Adjusted rates for temporary music use on corporate websites:

for a maximum of one continuous trimester: 50% of the annual rate

for a maximum of one continuous semester: 75% of the annual rate

Introductory discount – Authors' rights
For the first Licence concluded with Unisono, the Licensee is granted a discount of 10% of annual copyright amount according to the applicable tariff.

All prices excluding VAT stated on this price list are adjusted annually as follows:

in accordance with the following formula: p = P * [ 0,55 * (t / T) + 0,15 * (s / S) + 0,10 * (c / C) + 0,20], where:

- p = the new price after revision for the current calendar year

- P = the price of the previous calendar year

- t = tariff for temporary indoor activities under the Royal Decree on Equitable Remuneration for calendar year X

- T = tariff for temporary indoor activities for calendar year X–1

- s = wage scale I (PC200) for calendar year X

- S = wage scale I (PC200) for calendar year X–1

- c = price index (Q3 of calendar year X–1) for computer programming, consultancy & related activities

- C = price index (Q3 of calendar year X–2) for computer programming, consultancy & related activities
