For calculating the royalties, we look at the total number of FTEs (full-time equivalents) on the social balance sheet of 31 December of the year before invoicing. You will find this number in section 105 of the social balance sheet.

Do you employ fewer than 9 FTEs? Then you do not have to pay any royalties for music in the workplace, in the dining areas or at staff parties.
