The rates are based on a percentage of the selling price:

4% of the part of the selling price up to and including € 50,000.00

3% of the part of the selling price from € 50,000.01 up to and including € 200,000.00

1% of the part of the selling price from € 200,000.01 up to and including € 350,000.00

0.5% of the part of the selling price from € 350,000.01 up to and including € 500,000.00

0.25% of the part of the selling price above € 500,000.01  

The maximum amount of the right however may not exceed € 12,500 per work per resale.
